Blinding Reflecting Bracers of Armor +2
These silver bracers grant surround the wearer with an invisible but tangible field of force, granting him an armor bonus of +2, just as though he were wearing armor. Both bracers must be worn for the magic to be effective. In addition they have the following abilities:
Blinding: The bracers shield with this ability flashes with a brilliant light up to twice per day upon command of the wielder. Except for the wielder, anyone within 20 feet must make a DC 14 Reflex save or be blinded for 1d4 rounds.
Reflecting: These bracers, when highly polished, reflect like a mirror. Their surface is completely reflective. Once per day, they can be called on to reflect a spell back at its caster exactly like the spell turning spell.

These master work and enchanted silver bracers were crafted by the famous duervan silver smith Faradak Fyramak. He bore them in his decades long search for long lost duervan treasures and died wearing them facing Vogt. They were found upon his charred carcass in Imbar's Deep and returned to his reliquary in Thaladrim's Forge.
