Folkin Racial Traits
All Folkin have the following traits:
Small: Halflings are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their Combat Maneuver Bonus and Combat Maneuver Defense, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Slow Speed: Folkin have a base speed of 20 feet.
Hanrael's Luck: Folkin receive a +1 racial bonus on all saving throws.
Keen Senses: Folkin receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception skill checks.
Sure-Footed: Folkin receive a +2 racial bonus on Acrobatics and Climb skill checks.
Underhill Folkin
The Underhill Kinfolk have the following additional racial traits:
Attributes: +2 Constitution, +2 Dexterity, –2 Strength: Underhill-Folkin are nimble and sturdy, but their small stature makes them weaker than other races.
Natural Resistance: Underhill-Folkin are naturally resistant to most natural toxins and diseases. They receive a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws against natural poisons and diseases. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted by Hanrael's luck.
Weapon Familiarity: Underhill-Folkin are proficient with slings and treat any weapon with the word “halfling” or "folkin" in its name as a martial weapon.

Valley Folkin
The Valley Kinfolk have the following additional racial traits:
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, –2 Strength: Valley-Folkin are nimble and have a strong will, but their small stature makes them weaker than other races.
Fearless: Valley-Folkin receive a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws against fear. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted by Hanrael's luck.
Weapon Familiarity: Valley-Folkin are proficient with short swords and treat any weapon with the word “halfling” or "folkin" in its name as a martial weapon.

City Folkin
The City Kinfolk have the following additional racial traits:

Suspicious: City-Folkin receive a +2 racial bonus on all sense-motive checks and are considered to be automatically taking 10 in most social situations inside a city or town or dealing with business. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted by Hanrael's luck.
